Strange question: Are the toilets in WDW parks automatic flush? My son is terrified by the flush sound! I just need a heads up so I can pack enough Post-it notes to cover the sensors for our 9 day trip. Thanks for your help ;)

    Hi Viviane!

Not an odd question at all! I can completely understand having a child with sensitivities to noises. Your strategy to bring post-it notes to cover the automatic flusher are perfect!

Many of the toilets are Walt Disney World are automatic flush. You can still find a few that are not, but the majority have this feature.

I have a few suggestions that may make your trip easier with your little one.

First, check out the Baby Care Centers at the parks. They have toilets that do not automatic flush here.

Second, there are a ton of great resources for planning a trip to Walt Disney World with Little Ones. Just this week on the Disney Parks Blog there is a post about first trips to Disney with little ones.

Lastly, check out the page on planning a trip to Walt Disney World with small children. It's filled with great tips.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
    Magically,
