This is a strange question. What time of day do the housekeeping staff come into your room? Is there a tag you can hang on your door if you are still sleeping in the earlly morning or taking an afternoon nap? First trip to WDW. Not sure what to expect.

The mousekeeping staff is at their busiest between check out time and check in time (generally between about 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.). They do start cleaning rooms of current guests a bit earlier, but I can't recall having been even approached to have my room cleaned before about 9:00. There are "do not disturb" hang tags that you can put on your room door if you're sleeping late in the morning or taking an afternoon nap and want to be left alone. These signs will be respected.

One thing that we often do is call mousekeeping (there will be a direct call button on your hotel phone) and let them know when we'll be in and out of the room during the day. For example, when our kids were in the prime nap years, we would call mousekeeping in the morning when we left for the parks and tell them that we wanted to be in the room undisturbed between 1:00 and 3:00. They were always very accommodating in having our room cleaned early and avoiding our nap time. Just let the hotel know what your needs are and they will make every effort to ensure that you have a wonderful stay.
