Aloha, Lori!
Welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you’ve planned the perfect post-cruise wind-down. What better way to wrap up your
Disney Treasure adventure than heading straight into the laid-back luxury of
The Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows? Talk about tropical bliss!
If you’re arriving early after disembarkation, you’re welcome to leave your bags with Bell Services. Just head to the Great Ceremonial House, which is the main building for the resort. While the Island Tower has its own beautiful lobby space, check-in and Bell Services are still handled through the main building. That said, you’ll find friendly Cast Members with tablets in the Island Tower lobby who can help coordinate luggage delivery, assist with questions, and even help connect you with Bell Services if needed.
A quick tip: Even if you complete online check-in, you’ll want to stop by the Island Tower lobby to scan a QR code that links your MagicBand or Key Card to building access. This is important for using the elevators, entering the lobby after hours, and visiting the
outdoor terrace gardens located on the upper floors (there’s one on each level). Only registered Island Tower guests can access these areas, and elevator access requires your linked MagicBand or Key Card.
And when it’s time to dine (mahalo!) don’t miss
Wailulu Pool Bar & Grill, just steps from the tower. It’s the perfect place to unwind, especially around sunset when you can catch views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks. If you’re craving something savory, the Short Rib Loco Moco is a must-try for a taste of the islands!
Wishing you a smooth transition from sea to shore and an unforgettable stay at the Island Tower, Lori. Feel free to sail back with more questions anytime. We’re always happy to help!
See ya real soon,
Eean
