Can you store luggage at the pop hotel before your room is ready?

    Jennifer,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

Yes, on the day you check in to Disney's Pop Century Resort, even if your room is not yet ready, you can take advantage of all the features and benefits that come with that stay.

You can enjoy early theme park entry (when applicable), you can go for a swim in your resort hotel pool, and of course, you can check your bags at the Bell Services desk. You will find the Bell Services desk where they can hold your luggage immediately to the right of the main doors as you are about to enter the resort's lobby building, also known as Classic Hall.

    BONUS TIP #1
If you are driving to Walt Disney World, you should know that you can also enjoy the now-complimentary parking at the resort, as well as at the theme parks.

    BONUS TIP #2
Even if your arrival day adventures include returning to the resort late in the evening, the front desk staff can get you your bags before you head to your home in the magic!

    BONUS TIP #3
You will definitely want to use the Online Check-In feature of your My Disney Experience account before arriving. This will help ensure your account is set up properly for charging, among other things. They will even text you your room number when it is ready!

Please feel free to write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions. I am going to be staying at Pop Century at the EXACT SAME TIME, so if you see me walking around in my planDisney duds, make sure to say hi!

    Have a Magical Vacation!
