    We are staying at the Yacht Club and wanted to eat at the Big River Grille. It looks like its almost across from the resort but is it a quick boat trip or should we get there a different way? How long do you think it takes to get there? Thanks!

    How exciting you will be staying at Disney's Yacht Club Resort during your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!  I have enjoyed many memorable stays at this beautiful Disney Resort hotel, and absolutely love the close proximity to Disney's BoardWalk, Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. 

    Big River Grille & Brewing Works, located at Disney's BoardWalk, is situated across Crescent Lake from Disney's Yacht Club Resort. I am happy to report that you can access Big River Grille & Brewing Works via the Friendship boat or by simply walking.  Although the ride from Disney's Yacht Club Resort to Disney's BoardWalk should only take approximately 5 - 10 minutes, there is often a small wait for the boat. If you approach the Yacht Club dock and do not see a boat nearby, you may find walking to be quicker, which I would estimate to take between 10 - 15 minutes. The pathway around Crescent Lake is very nice, so my family generally prefers to walk between the two locations.
