springtime visit to Walt Disney World Resort is just around the corner. How amazing is that?! Spring is such a beautiful time to be there, and I can only imagine how excited you must be!
How perfect that you’ll be staying at
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort during your vacation. I absolutely love the location. Having EPCOT just a short walk away is such a treat and makes it so easy to pop in whenever you’d like. You’re also right near the Disney Skyliner, which is my personal favorite way to get around. It’s not only convenient, but those views are so fun. One of my favorite things to do is walk over to the
BoardWalk at night. The lights, the music, and the overall atmosphere just feel so special. You really can’t beat those vibes.
You’re right, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is getting a little extra pixie dust right now with some exterior maintenance going on. Because of that, you might notice some construction in certain areas, which could affect views and occasionally mean taking a different path around the resort. The Admiral Pool is also closed for routine maintenance, and you may see or hear some work happening during the day while everything is being refreshed. That said, I personally wouldn’t choose a different resort because of it. I’ve stayed at Disney Resorts many times during refurbishments, and it has never taken away from the magic of my stay.
During your visit, the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival will be in full bloom, and it’s such a beautiful time to visit. From the stunning character topiaries to the yummy bites at the outdoor kitchens, there’s so much to see, do, and taste. I really hope you get a chance to explore it.
