    We are staying at the Yacht Club and have a reservation at Chef Mickey's at 7:05am? What is the best way to get there at that time? Wasn't sure if the buses would be running that early. Thank you all so much for all you do, I love the panel!

    To accommodate guest who have early character dining reservations, the buses do start running for the Magic Kingdom area at about 6:30 in the morning. If you want to take Disney transportation, you should get on the first bus headed to either the Magic Kingdom or the Ticket and Transportation Center and then transfer to the monorail to get to Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary.

    However, at that hour of the morning, my preferred method of getting from the Yacht Club to Chef Mickey's would be a cab. I have done this myself many times from the Yacht Club's sister resort, the Beach Club. When we do this, we call down to the bell desk at the hotel about 15 minutes before we want to leave. The staff there will make sure that a cab is waiting for us when we come to the hotel entrance. This eliminates all the nervousness of waiting for the bus, wondering if we will make the transfer, etc. The ride will cost in the neighborhood of $15, but to me, that's a small price to pay for a stress-free morning.
