Staying @ WL villas in March 14. What special activities are offered at WL for an 8 year old boy and a 2 year old boy? Already planned to see Walt's train, surrey bike rental, and sailboat rental. So excited- this will be our 4th trip in a year, 1st @ WL!

Howdy Kim! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! How exciting you will be visiting Walt Disney World for the fourth time in a year and experiencing your first stay at The Villas at Wilderness Lodge in March!  I have stayed at The Villas at Wilderness Lodge twice now and loved the rustic theming, relaxing atmosphere, central location and fun recreational activities!  As a mom of three boys myself, I can tell you that some our favorite recreational activities offered at this resort include swimming at Silver Creek Springs Pool, poolside activities, roasting marshmallows over the campfire, watching a Movie Under the Stars and visiting the Buttons and Bells Arcade. During our last visit, there were various poolside activities which included Goofy bingo, chalk art, critter roundup, Rubber Ducky scramble, plus much more. You may also consider heading over to The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort for pony rides, an archery experience and Chip ’N Dale’s Campfire Sing-a-long. At check-in, you will receive a Recreation Activities Calendar for the month of March, which will also include the current Movies Under the Stars schedule. I hope this information helps! Please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Kim!
