    Staying at WL over THanksgiving weekend and one in our group has a birthday. To surprise her we would like to send cards to the hotel ahead of time from her friends is that possible? Thanks for all your help ... I love this panel!

    Sure, sounds like a great idea!

    You should call 407-W-DISNEY and ask for the exact mailing address of your resort -- tell them that you need to send yourself a package. When you're addressing the envelope, put:

    Hold for Guest [your friend's name]
    [The date of your arrival]
    [The hotel address]

    Have a wonderful trip to WDW!
