We will be staying at the WL standard room. Which area/builidng should I request to be close to the bus stop (is there only one?), main builidng, and pool? Pool not a major consideration, going in January. Thanks!!

    HI Olivia!

Great resort choice! The Wilderness Lodge is our favorite resort at Walt Disney World! I can't wait for our next visit!

Unlike some of the other resorts, the Wilderness lodge is housed all in one building. It is basically a large U-shape, with the main lobby being at the bottom of the U. The bus stop is to the right of the lodge (when you approach it from the car and bus drop off area into the main doors of the lobby). The pool is located in the center of the U, between the wings of lodge.

To be closest to the bus stop, I would suggest requesting either a room directly off of the main lobby or on the side facing the Wilderness Lodge Villas. The rooms directly off of the lobby will be the closest to all amenities but you may also hear some of the lobby and restaurant noise. The rooms in the wing closest to the Villas will be slightly further away, but quieter.

I hope this helps! Have a great stay!
