We will be staying at the WL in Nov. and wanted to do the Dining Plan, we have park tickets from a past trip. Is it possible to add on the meal plan without new park tickets?

I'm sorry, but no. The Disney Dining Plan is available only for three types of guests: annual pass holders who are also purchasing a hotel room, Disney Vacation Club members staying on property, and guests purchasing packages with a room and park tickets. Depending on how many park days you have left and how much saving you feel you get with the Dining Plan, it might be worth it for you to just get a new package and save your unused ticket days for another trip. Otherwise you can just pay for your meals as you go.

    Hope this helps.
