    Staying at WL in Dec. Last day (12/9/13) questions - ADR @ The Wave 10:15am, flight leaves MCO at 8:10pm. Thinking maybe afternoon tea at GF, relaxing and peaceful - enough time for this? Any other last day ideas that would fit into this timeframe? Thanks!

    The Grand Floridian Garden View Tea Room is wonderful! What a great way to end your vacation!

    It is definitely a relaxing and sophisticated environment. You can choose between a tea service, such as the Buckingham Palace, which comes with traditional tea sandwiches, scones, jam tarts and choice of tea or Sally Lunn Tea, which comes with Sally Lunn bread, strawberries & cream and tea or a la carte items.

    I usually like to arrive at the airport a few hours before my flight, so as long as you leave the Grand Floridian Resort by 5:30 p.m., you should have plenty of time to get to the airport, get checked in and enjoy your flight. 

    You can also choose to go shopping at Downtown Disney on your last day. I usually like to end my vacation here and buy all of the last minute souvenirs I forgot to buy during my vacation!
