    We are going to be staying at the Wilderness Lodge Villas at the end of June. I have heard you can be the flag family for the day. How do I reserve this option? I can not find anything online about it.

    As I understand it, you cannot pre-reserve being the flag raising family of the day. What you have to do is let the Disney Cast Member know on check-in that you would like to participate in this special experience. There is no way to guarantee it, and I would guess that if you are selected they will let you know a day or two in advance.

    Also note that this is only for the morning. Families used to also lower the flag at day's end, but now that is gone. The family only raises it in the morning.
