We are staying at the wilderness lodge and would like to go to trails end at fort wilderness for dinner. What is the quickest/easiest route to get there? Also how far is trails end restaurant from the campground where chip and dale do their nightime event?

    Hi Nicola!

I stayed at the Fort Wilderness Cabins when I visited last month and it was incredible! You are absolutely going to love the Wilderness Lodge and dining at the Trail's End restaurant. Prior to us staying here, we were also confused about how to get from Wilderness Lodge to Fort Wilderness Resort and back and forth from the restaurants, parks and resorts.

The resort is large and you can't drive through the Fort Wilderness Resort, so you will want to take the Blue Flag Boat from Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Disney's Wilderness Lodge. That is the quickest and most reliable way to get back and forth between those resorts.

The Trail's End Restaurant is at one end of the resort near Pioneer Hall and Chip and Dale's Campfire and Sing-a-Long is near the main pool. You will need to take the bus from Trail's End to Chip and Dale's Campfire. It is a bit too long to walk and you can't drive around the resort.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
