Hi! We will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge, and we have 7:50 am character breakfast reservations at 'Ohana. What is the best way to get from our hotel to the Polynesian at such an early time? Thanks! :)

Welcome Nicole to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, I am happy to help you with your planning.

'Ohana, located at Disney Polynesian Resort, is a totally awesome way to begin your morning at Walt Disney World and be prepared for a delicious feast like no other surrounded by Stitch and his pals.

When using Disney transportation from Disney's Wilderness Lodge you have a couple of options. One is, take the bus to the Transportation and Ticket Center, from there head to the Walt Disney World Resort Monorail, Disney's Polynesian Resort is the first stop after boarding the monorail. Allow yourself about 30 minutes of travel time. Or, if you have more time and would like a more scenic travel experience, head to Disney's Wilderness Lodge Water Transportation and take a leisurely ride to Magic Kingdom, then transfer to Disney's Polynesian Resort boat. You will need to allow yourself about 45minutes for this excursion. You, also, have the option of taking a quick taxi ride, the trip plus tip rarely exceeds $20 but is an option if you find you are running behind.

I hope your trip is magical and memorable and let us know if we can be of any further pixie dusted assistance.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
