We are staying at Wilderness campground in June. We have one person using a scooter to get around. Question 1: do the busses in the campground accommodate the scooter? Question 2: how long should it take us to get from our campsite to Hollywood Studios?

    Hi Judith!

Thanks so much for stopping by with this great question.

Disney's Ft. Wilderness Resort is a beautiful, but very large, property, so the internal bus system is a huge help when getting around. The internal busses operating at Disney's Ft. Wilderness Resort are ECV/Scooter-friendly. These busses will pick you up at the stop near each of the campground and cabin loops and will drop you off at the main bus station or Pioneer Hall.

To get from Disney's Ft. Wilderness Resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios you will want to hop on the theme park bus from the main bus station located at the front of the resort. While busses depart around every 20 minutes or so, the ride to Disney's Hollywood Studios itself should take you around 20 minutes.

If you are heading to the parks first thing in the morning, I recommend that you arrive at the bus stop a little early since busses can only accommodate a certain number of ECV's. By arriving early, you can help limit your wait time.

I hope that that this helped, Judith! Enjoy your stay in the wilderness!
