    We are staying for 2 weeks, moving from BLT to BCV both on DVC points. then the last few days at the Caribbean Beach. Got 10 day PH. we do not want to change bands each time we move. how do we have our hoppers, room keys and dining plan on the first band

    Hi Linda!

    Even though it snowed here in the mid-west last week, July really is just around the corner. Time to customize those Magic Bands! This is a great question, and you are not alone in wanting to simplify the number of Magic Bands. I have a full collection in every color!

    The system is set up so that as long as a band is “active” it can be used at any time, for any stay. So there really is not anything special that you need to do! I would go ahead and customize your first set of Magic Bands with the names and colors of your choosing, and have them shipped directly to your home. These are the bands you’ll want to bring with you on your vacation, and they will work for the entire length of your stay, for all of your reservations. In fact, if you book another vacation next year, your bands should work then as well, as long as the battery is still operational.

    For the second two sets of bands you have a few options. If you want to have multiple bands in different colors, say to match your outfit, you can go ahead and customize those as well. All bands assigned to one person are completely interchangeable. If you wish to avoid receiving additional sets of bands, simply do not customize them. They will still be produced in basic grey and available for you to pick up at check-in. Just let the Cast Member know at check-in that you plan to use the bands you already have, and you won’t even need to receive the additional sets.
