staying for a week (24 Feb - 1 Mar) at Ft Wilderness Lodge then we want to stay for a week at Grand Floridian in early December - can we get a special deal for two trips in the same year? when is the best time to book the December trip?

Hi Richard! A lot of us here at the Moms Panel visit Walt Disney World several times a year, so we would love a Frequent Visitor discount too! Often when you're staying in a Disney Resort you'll find a "Bounceback Offer" in your room or in the welcome packet you receive from the front desk. This flyer gives you discounted room or package rates if you book a second vacation during your current Disney visit. You may want to wait until your February visit to book your December visit so that you could take advantage of such a deal if one's offered during your stay. (If you don't see a flyer in your room, try asking at the front desk or dialing x8844 from your resort room to ask if there are any special deals for booking another Disney vacation during your current one.)

Another way for you to save on two visits during the same year is to buy an Annual Pass.  Depending on the length of your stays, the annual pass may be less expensive than buying park tickets twice, and it also entitles you to discounted room rates and a 10 percent discount at certain restaurants. Annual Passholders are eligible to purchase the Tables in Wonderland card, which provides a twenty percent discount on dining at many Walt Disney World restaurants. The savings can really add up!

Wishing you lots of magical vacations this year! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're happy to help!
