Hi, Alexis! Thanks for bringing another great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Resort Hotel Delivery is such a wonderful perk of being an official
Walt Disney World Resort hotel Guest, and I used this service just last month. In addition to asking for the registered Guest's name and home address on the package delivery form, you will also need to provide your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room number. There is a chance, though, that you might be able to send your items with just the registered Guest's name and departure date, so it's definitely worth asking when you check out at one of Walt Disney World Resort's many retail locations.
There is also an option to ship your Theme Park purchases directly to your home via UPS or FedEx for an additional fee. This is a great option if you're flying and are concerned about space in your luggage or want to ensure that fragile items will be handled with care.
Another of my favorite "shoptions" is the
Shop Disney Parks mobile app. By using the barcode icon on the app's home screen to scan an item's tag in a store, I can see if it's available online. If it is, I can add it to my virtual cart and potentially have it waiting for me when I return home. I can also choose "Find on Map" to see which other
Walt Disney World Resort shops have that item in stock. This is a great feature to use if I find something in a store that isn't perhaps the color or size I need.
I hope you find everything you're looking for during your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort vacation, Alexis!
Amy
