we are staying at WDW 12/19-12/26 and have plans for the entire week but on Christmas Day what would be the best time to visit the parks besides early in the day? We are 5 adults staying for this time.

Hi, Pati!  Christmas day is probably the busiest day of the entire year at Walt Disney World.  Your best bet really is to arrive early at the theme park you most want to be in, and plan to stay. The Magic Kingdom especially can fill to capacity on that day, and the other parks, even if they don't close due to capacity, will become increasingly crowded through the day.

If you think you'd like to leave the park that day, I'd probably choose either Animal Kingdom or Disney's Hollywood Studios to return to.  These are the parks that I think you have the best chance of getting into later in the day.

    Have a great time!
