Staying at WDW Nov. 11-17 201. If we book at Pop Century with Plus Dinnig, and after that the free dinning plan is offered for the time during our stay. How hard will it be to upgrade to PORS. What time of year does WDW usually offer free dinning plans.

It looks like the last digit of the year was cut off, so I'm not sure if you are going to WDW this fall or in 2012. If it's this year, you may be happy to know that free dining is actually being offered during the week you are there! See the special offers page for more info about free dining. In 2011 it is offered for check-ins on November 12-17th. Could you move your vacation back by one day? It would mean free food for the duration of your trip!

I think you will probably be able to find availability at Port Orleans-Riverside, but if you really want to switch, don't delay. I suggest you call Disney Dining (407-WDW-DINE) as soon as possible.

    Have a great vacation!
