We will be staying at the villas at wilderness lodge this summer. We have a dining reservation for Cinderella's royal table at 8:25 before park opening at 9. What is the best way for us to get there?

    Hi Brandon!

You sound like your vacation planning is already off to a great start! Making an Advance Dining Reservation for a popular location such as Cinderella’s Royal Table, before the theme park opens for the day is one of my best tips for visitors. I would try to arrive at the turnstiles no later than 8 a.m. to allow myself time to get into the park and to allow for a few minutes to enjoy a relatively quiet Main Street, U.S.A. This is a perfect time for a family photo in front of the castle, since there will be very few other guests in the background.

From the Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, you will want to use Disney’s complimentary bus transportation to get to the Magic Kingdom. Busses begin running for Guests with Advance Dining Reservations at the Magic Kingdom at 6:30 a.m. Since the water taxi service does not start until 30 minutes prior to park opening, boat transportation would not work for your scheduled times. It should be a short bus ride to the Magic Kingdom, but I do advise leaving extra time to wait for the bus’s arrival as well as actual time traveling to the theme park, and getting from the bus stop to the turnstiles.

Please let me know if there are any other questions I can help you with as you plan your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort, and I hope your family has a delicious and royally delightful breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table!
