We are staying at a value resort and have the QSDP. I've decided to do several character meals. Can I either pay for an upgrade to a table-service DP or can I change our reservations to a moderate hotel for the higher grade plan? What do you suggest?

Hi Cary!      Absolutely!  If you have some awesome character meals planned, then I 100% recommend that you upgrade to the basic dining plan that includes table service meals.  You should be pleasantly surprised that the cost to upgrade from the Quick Service plan to the Basic plan is actually really affordable!  If you would rather stay in a moderate resort and one is available, then by all means, go for it!  However, you will see that the price jump may be a good bit steeper than just upgrading to a different dining plan.  Have an awesome vacation!
