We will be staying in two club-level rooms at the Polynesian starting Jan 20. Will need distilled water to use with a CPAP machine, and was wondering whether getting distilled water is something that the concierges can help us with? Hate to pack it! Thx!

Aloha, Jennifer! Welcome to planDisney, staying club level at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort sounds like a dream! Staying Club Level is magical in itself. The Cast Members at the Club Level Concierge desk are fantastic, and coming back to delicious treats in the club lounge after a long day at the parks is the best way to cap an evening. Starting the morning in the club-level lounge is magical too (the Mickey-shaped sugar cubes for coffee or tea are my favorite!).

As our friends Timon and Pumbaa once said, "hakuna matata!" Jennifer, you should be able to find distilled water for your guest's CPAP machine in the BouTiki gift shop. If you do not see any on display, you can ask a Cast Member to check in the back for extra bottles. Alternatively, you can make a grocery order and have it delivered to the Polynesian, and Bell Services will take it to your room for you (note that there is a $6 fee for this), or you can pick it up at the Bell Services desk at check-in.

As a guest at the Polynesian, make sure to stop by Kona Cafe and enjoy delicious Tonga Toast or the Macadamia Nut Pancakes, both of which are fan favorites! I hope your visit is full of pixie dust, Jennifer, thank you again for visiting planDisney, where all guests are "Ohana!".
