Hello moms staying for the 1st time at SS, is there another resort map with a list of the building names? We are wanting to request a specific building but there are no names listed on the map, is there one that also say which buildings are the preferred?

    Hi Adrian!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are going to have a great stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa! I love the proximity to Disney Springs, and it is a quick walk over the bridge to all of the shopping, entertainment, and dining you can desire.

When I click on the interactive map for the Resort, if I zoom in and hover over the blue markers on the buildings, it gives me the building’s name and number; for example, The Paddock Building 6500. This will provide you with a birds-eye view of which area you would prefer.

Speaking of preferred rooms, it is all about location! The Preferred Villas are located in The Springs or Congress Park area of the Resort. Both are close to Disney Springs as well as conveniently located near transportation and the lobby. Congress Park is closest to the walkway to Disney Springs. The Springs is close to the lobby and the boat launch. Either is an excellent choice.

While you are there, make sure to hop over to Disney Springs and step into a world of virtual reality at The Void: Step Beyond Reality. There you can blast into battle with Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire or journey deep into the internet with Vanellope!

Adrian, I hope these tips helped, and please come back and visit us again.

    See ya’ real soon!
