I will be staying in a studio room at the Saratoga Springs Resort in May. Does the room have a microwave or a coffee maker, and is coffee provided? Also wondering if there will be any dishes (specifically plates, utensils, and glasses)?

    Hi Angela!

Welcome to planDisney! Disney’s Deluxe Studios feature a kitchenette in the room which is great for fixing a quick breakfast before heading to the parks or making an evening snack.

You’ll find a small refrigerator, bar sink, microwave, ice bucket, toaster, and coffee maker. The coffee maker is a Mr. Coffee, standard 12 cup coffee maker that takes flat bottom filters. Both decaf and regular disk style coffee pods to use in the coffee maker are provided, featuring Disney’s special roast from Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company, along with coffee accompaniments such as sugar, sweetener, and creamer, as well as tea. You’ll also find disposable plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery, as well as paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, and a dishtowel. If you need additional coffee pods or disposable items, simply call Mousekeeping from your room phone to request them. There is no additional charge for these items.

With Disney Springs being just a quick walk from Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, you’ll be able to bring all kinds of goodies back to your room to enjoy in your kitchenette. Check out Amorette’s Patisserie for fancy desserts and Disney-inspired creations. If you are a chocolate chip cookie fan, look no further than Gideon’s Bakehouse and their famous half-pound cookies! They are big enough to be shared, and would be lovely enjoyed with a cup of coffee back in your Deluxe Studio.

I hope this helps with your planning, Angela! Please let us know what additional questions you have before your visit.
