Hi James,
Welcome aboard planDisney! It is great to SEA you again.
I say the more the merrier when it comes to Disney Cruise Line vacations, so I checked on the capacity of your stateroom. Unfortunately, 9087 on
Disney Wish accommodates up to three Guests with a queen-size bed and a convertible single-sleeper sofa. There are other staterooms in your category that will accommodate four Guests, however! I did a
quick search on the Disney Cruise Line Website, and it appears a few of these staterooms on Deck 9 are available. I'm not certain if you can modify your stateroom at this point based on the
terms and conditions of your booking, but I suggest
calling a Disney Cruise Line Reservation Specialist to check.
James, if you can't navigate a change in staterooms to accommodate your daughter's friend, I'm sure she will meet some cruise buddies in the
Youth Clubs! Aboard Disney Wish, these creative and fun spaces bring young sailors together for a whole host of activities. There are special areas specifically for children, tweens, and teens so that everyone has a safe and age-appropriate environment. Youth activities are staffed by amazing trained counselors who love to help kids enjoy their vacation as much, if not more, as the adults. Your whole family can visit during the Open House and I encourage you to check out the clubs. The
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will list Open House hours once you board the ship.
I hope this information is helpful to you and your family as you plan your vacation. Please sail by any time with other questions!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
