Hey there, Cole! Welcome to planDisney! I’m always thrilled to help out a fellow resident of the North Star State!
It looks like your Walt Disney World vacation countdown is at a little over a month! Woohoo! You’ll be enjoying the Florida sunshine before you know it.
I have good news, Cole! As a guest of a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you get to enjoy extended hours through Early Entry. This perk allows guests staying at eligible hotels to enjoy select attractions 30 minutes before official park opening. I’ve found that my family can usually do two or three attractions during that time, which really opens up our day for other adventures. You can find the full list of eligible resorts and available attractions (subject to change)
here, but I checked and All-Star Music is on the list. You’re good to go!
Here are the attractions my family prioritizes during Early Entry:
Magic Kingdom:
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
- Peter Pan
Hollywood Studios:
- Slinky Dog Dash
- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
EPCOT:
- Test Track (currently closed for reimagining, but expected to reopen in 2025)
- Frozen Ever After
Animal Kingdom:
- Avatar Flight of Passage
As for extended evening hours, you are correct that
Disney After Hours is a ticketed event separate from your regular theme park admission ticket. It has one rate for all guests, including those staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. I took a peek at the
After Hours ticket calendar, and it currently shows adult tickets (ages 10+) and children’s tickets (ages 3–9) as $185 (prices subject to change).
I hope this info helps with your vacation planning and that you enjoy every magical hour at Walt Disney World! Don’t hesitate to come right back to planDisney if you have any other questions. Our amazing panelists are here to help!
Magical travels!
Matt
