Hey there, Jeff welcome to planDisney. Thanks for bringing us your question about the conference you will be attending. The one thing Disney has is a fair share of experiences, so let's try and figure out what that ticket may be referring to.
The
Walt Disney World Resort hosts a number of events throughout the year, some are conventions, some are sporting events, and some even have training sessions in one of the event spaces made available at one of the many
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. When attending these types of business trips the start of your day is usually focusing on the event that brought you there in the first place. But afterwards sometimes there are special tickets you can purchase through the convention. When I searched for conventions happening close to your arrival date I located one called Winter C.E. If this is your event the one thing I did locate on the website that is normally not included with regular park tickets was the mention of an LDA Private Dessert Reception on Monday, March 3rd. It will be at the Terrace des Fluers located in the France Pavilion. You will need a valid ticket to
EPCOT that day to attend. If this is not the convention you are attending I apologize ahead of time, this was the only one that matched your arrival date and I did not have a specific event to research this topic more thoroughly. If it is not correct, I would reach out to the event coordinator to try and figure out what this added experience is.
If you are visiting EPCOT and are a thrill seeker make sure one of the days you try to enter the
Virtual Queue for
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. On each ark day you can try to obtain a boarding pass via the Virtual Queue in the
My Disney Experience App. This planning tool is amazing and will help you a lot during your park visits. For the Virtual Queue you will need to be on your App at 6:55 a.m. because the queue opens at precisely 7 a.m. and spots go fairly quickly, so be ready. If you are not able to get it at 7 a.m. there is a second opportunity at 1 p.m. but you will need to be inside the park for the 1 p.m. selection time.
I hope this is the information you were looking for, If you have any other questions please visit us at

See ya real soon,
