We are staying at All Stars for 1 night and staying off-site for 6 nights. Since we are staying on-site for at least the 1 night, are we allowed to take advantage of the Extra Magic Hours? Even though we plan to go to MK on a day we won't be on-site?

Hi, Maegen!  The Extra Magic Hours really can help you make the most of your vacation.  On a busy day, I get more done in a morning Extra Magic Hour than I can do between park opening and lunch.

You are entitled to the Extra Magic Hours as long as you are a Walt Disney World resort guest.  In your case, you are entitled to this perk of staying at a Walt Disney World hotel for the night you are at your All Stars resort.  You can take advantage of the morning Extra Magic Hours if you check in early enough (even if your room may not be ready, you can pick up your park passes), and you can stay for the evening Extra Magic Hours that night.  The next day, it starts again - you have access to morning Extra Magic Hours, and even though you've checked out, you are entitled to the benefit until the parks are closed that night.

Once you move to the off site resort, however, you are no longer considered eligibile for the Extra Magic Hours.  The benefit only exists while you are considered a hotel guest in a Walt Disney World property.

I hope this makes planning a bit easier for you.  Thanks for the question!
