I am staying in all stars movie with the dining plan on the 23rd september i have a reservation for cinderellas table at 20.30 but the park closes at 1800

Hi Ian and welcome to planDisney! You don’t want to be like the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland and “late for a very important date”, so let’s dive into your question about your dining reservation!

Ian, I double-checked the Hours & Events Calendar for September 23, 2026 and I see that the park hours for Magic Kingdom are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I don’t see the park closing at 6:00 PM as you indicated in your question, so you shouldn’t have any problems heading to your reservation at Cinderella’s Royal Table.

However, in case you may have entered in the wrong date and Magic Kingdom does in fact close at 6:00 PM, this will be due to the special ticketed event, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This awesome party at Magic Kingdom takes place on select dates between August and October and you’ll need a separate ticket to enter Magic Kingdom after it closes to day guests. So if in fact your reservation falls on a day that this party takes place, you’ll want to either reschedule your dining reservation or consider joining in on the fun! I’ll be going to this party for the first time ever this September and I can’t wait to get into costume with my friends Corey and Olivier. You’ll find trick-or-treating, rare character meet and greets, and unique snacks and food options!

Ian, I hope this clears things up for you. If you have any further questions about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation, please feel free to contact me and my fellow panelists here at planDisney!

    Your pal,
