Staying at All Star Sports 9/27-10/2. I need bed rails for my DS2. How and when do I request them? Is there a fee? Thank you sooooo much!!!

Hi, Stephanie!  I usually request bed rails when I make my initial reservation; and because I'm a bit of a nervous Nellie, when I call to confirm about a week or so before my arrival, I make sure to note it again.  When I check in, I triple check to make sure it's noted, and I've never had an issue where it wasn't.

There is no charge for the use of the guard rails, and they usually deliver them to your room shortly after you check in.  I will tell you that they always tell me the rails are on a first come, first served basis, but I have arrived as late as two in the morning on a holiday and still had the rails available.  I haven't ever encountered a trip where I was unable to have them.

I hope that helps!  I love that they have the rails available at the Walt Disney World resorts, because most off property hotels do not.  I can't tell you how many ways I have rearranged hotel room furniture to make sure my little ones didn't fall in their sleep!

    Have a great vacation!
