Hi Heather, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! It sounds like your vacation is just around the riverbend, so let’s make sure your cooler is kept safe while you enjoy the water parks.
I’ve often left my luggage and groceries with Bell Services and headed to the theme parks while I waited for my room to be ready. I chatted with a Cast Member to be absolutely sure and they confirmed that
Bell Services can hold your cooler. However, they can’t guarantee ahead of time that it can be kept plugged in. You’ll have to ask Bell Services when you get there to see if they have capacity to plug in your cooler that day. However, Hakuna Matata! If Bell Services can’t keep your cooler plugged in, they can keep things cool in their refrigerator. So you don’t have to worry about anything spoiling while you have fun in the sun!
Speaking of warm weather fun, in case you missed it,
Disney Parks Blog recently announced that
both water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, will be open from May 21 through September 7, 2025. That means you have two amazing choices to take advantage of the
complimentary water park admission on check-in day.
You can’t go wrong with either water park, though I love the chill, tropical vibe of
Typhoon Lagoon. I could spend all day hanging out in the
Surf Pool (North America’s largest wave pool!) or lounging in the
Castaway Creek lazy river. Also, Typhoon Lagoon’s
Snack Shack has one of my favorite treats, the Green Matcha Tea Soft-serve, one of the only places you can find this flavor at Disney World!
However, if you love thrills, you might want to head to
Blizzard Beach for
Summit Plummet’s legendary drop. Blizzard Beach has a fun winter theme complete with a
chairlift up to the top of Mount Gushmore. And if you have little ones, they’ll love the
Frozen-themed splash area with Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and the Snowgies!
I’m wishing you a magical visit to Disney World this summer! If you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney.
