We will be staying at the All Star Resort March 20th-March 25th. I'm not sure how to get from there to pick up the monorail to go to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom etc. I understand that only buses go to those hotels. How often do they run etc?

    Hi Gretchen-Desi,

Your trip is getting closer and I bet you're getting very excited for your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. One of the best parts about staying at a Disney Resort hotel is that transportation is all taken care of for you.

Walt Disney World Bus Service whisks you from your hotel to any destination within the Resort.  Bus service to the Magic Kingdom drops you steps away from the entrance, so there is no need to take the monorail.  Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios are also just a short bus ride away from your resort.  Buses run about every 20 minutes or so and are available starting at one hour before park opening to one hour after park closing.

If you'd like to take a ride on the Monorail, you can hop on Magic Kingdom and ride the resort loop, or you can debark at the Transportation and Ticket Center for the Express Monorail over to Epcot.  I don't think any trip is complete without a ride on the world famous monorail.  If you should have any questions about what line you need to ride, simply ask a Cast Member.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel. I hope that you will enjoy your "ride in the sky".

    Be Magical,
