Hi Kristina!
Welcome to planDisney.
It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and I'm very happy to help you with this question.
I am assuming you are referring to the Dining & Merchandise Credit which was an early booking deal offered by the Walt Disney Travel Company, and other UK tour operators last year for holiday packages to be taken in 2024. It was available for select dates of the year, with variable amounts depending on your dates and choice of Disney Resort hotel. This credit was offered as a set amount per night
per room (not per guest).
When you made your holiday booking (a package including a Disney Resort hotel reservation and theme park tickets) you should have been advised that you were eligible to receive the Dining & Merchandise Credit. If you made your reservation with the Walt Disney Travel Company, this credit will show on your booking invoice as "Dining Credit $xx Per Night". If you call our helpful Cast Members on UK freephone number 0800 169 0730 they will clarify whether you had this included with your reservation - remember to have your booking reference handy when you call.
If you made your booking with a 3rd party tour operator you will need to contact them directly.
If applicable, you will automatically receive the total amount on the day you arrive at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort, and it will be emailed to you soon after you have checked in. You can then store it on your phone for easy access, and will just need to show the bar code to the Cast Member at the point of purchase, who can also advise you of your updated balance remaining.
The good news is that you can use this Dining & Merchandise Credit however you please, across the whole Resort! You can use it solely for buying all those essential souvenirs, or spend it all on dining, at the four theme parks (Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park), water parks (Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or Disney's Blizzard Beach, whichever is open), Disney Springs, or at the Disney Resort hotels. Please check if any non-Disney-owned shops or restaurants (mostly at Disney Springs) will accept your credit before purchasing.
Please come back and visit us again, or you can
send me a direct question if you wish. We are always happy to help plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World!
Sue
