Hello, I am staying at All Star Music in October. I was wondering if I can use my Disney gift cards to pay the remaining balance for my room/park tickets online, ahead of arriving. If not can I use them when I arrive? Thank you!

Hi Kristin and welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy to see that you’re getting ready for your Autumn visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

You can absolutely use your Disney Gift Cards to pay for the balance during your stay at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. I’ve used gift cards many times to pay my balances by calling (407) 939-5277. Just let the Cast Member know what you would like to do and they will be happy to help you! You can also pay at the front desk when you arrive or use your cards during your vacation to pay for merchandise, snacks, sit-down meals and experiences all over the Resort.

Kristin, did you know that you can consolidate those magical dollars? Just visit the official Disney Gift Card webpage to input your information. You will then be able to move your dollars around to one card, making it so easy to pay for bigger vacation items like Disney Resort Hotel Collection stays and theme park tickets.

Before your visit, take a look at the Disney Park Blog’s Foodie Guide for the season. There are so many great Halloween themed bites to try during your visit this October. One could say many of them (for me, it's the Haunted Mansion cake at Amorette's Patisserie at Disney Springs) look “spooktacular!”

We’re always here if you need any more help with your plans, so feel free to come back to see us. You can also follow us on social media for more planning tips!

    Have a magical visit!
