Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Renee! It sounds like you've been watching commercials and maybe some online videos in preparation for your trip. Each time I see a Disney commercial on television, I remember all of the magic of my family's past trips and cannot wait to visit again!
Disney offers water transportation between some of its resorts and parks, but only those connected by certain waterways. I'm sorry that
All Star Music Resort does not have water transportation, but does have bus transportation to all the parks and Disney Springs. However, you may find you'll take water transportation if you're hopping from one park to another. For example, if you begin the day at Epcot, you can take a boat to Hollywood Studios later that day. Or start at Magic Kingdom, and want to head to Wilderness Lodge for a lunch reservation at Whispering Canyon Cafe? Just hop on the ferry boats outside of Magic Kingdom for a relaxing trip across the water to the resort. Check out the
Water Transportation page of Disney's website for details on all of the water transfers available.
Another must-do
Disney transportation experience is the
Disney Monorail. While All Star Music Resort is not located on the Monorail line, you can ride it from Magic Kingdom to any of the monorail resorts, or transfer to the Epcot monorail from the resort monorail at the Ticketing and Transportation center. There are so many ways to move from park to resort and resort to park, Renee!
Have fun planning your magical adventures!
