We will be staying at All Star Movies and have a dining reservation at one of the restaurants at Boardwalk. What is the best way to get there?

I love getting questions about directions!  It gives me a chance to enlist my own group of experts (my family), since I am directionally challenged.  Some days, I feel like I might need a map to get from the shower to the bedroom in the morning!

From All Star Movies, you can take your resort bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Instead of heading to the left, where the theme park entrance is, you want to head to the right, where the boat launch is.  The boat will take you over to the Boardwalk resort area, and from there, you can walk to your restaurant.  There is also a path that goes around the water from the theme park, and in about 15 minutes, you can walk to the Boardwalk.

Another option is the resort bus to any of the theme parks or Downtown Disney.  Then you transfer to a bus going to the Boardwalk Resort.

A taxi is always an option, and honestly, as a time saver, this is well worth the money.  You can get pretty much anywhere on Walt Disney World property for under $20 with a cab, and it can take you door to door from one resort to the next.  Using Disney transportation might take up to an hour, but a cab can usually get you where you need to go in 15 minutes.

I hope this helps as you plan your vacation! Thank you again for your questions, and if anything else pops us, you know just where to find me!
