Hi, we are staying at SSR and have the kitchen and was wondering if there is somewhere in the park to purchase groceries or do we have to leave the park?

There are is a limited selection of groceries available for sale right in the gift shop at Saratoga Springs (this is true at all the Disney Vacation Club resorts with villas). You won't find lots of choices - think pared down convenience store - but you will be able to purchase some of the basics: milk, juice, boxed cereal, a loaf of bread, dry pasta and sauce, frozen pizza, lunch meats, etc. I often stay at the villa resorts and find the offering at the WDW shops perfectly adequate to assemble a basic breakfast or lunch. If you're looking for more selection or more dinner-like food (meat, veggies), you will need to visit a local grocery store (the front desk of the resort can give you directions) or there are many services that will deliver groceries to the WDW resorts. One popular service is gardengrocer.com. You can check their website for more information.

    Have a great trip!
