If you are staying on site at one hotel for three nights and four nights at another, how would we move our luggage?

    Hey there, Chris,

From one New Englander to another, it’s such a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney, and I really appreciate you bringing your question our way. It sounds like you’re considering one of my absolute favorite ways to experience Walt Disney World Resort…a split-resort stay!

My family chooses to do a split stay more often than not, and it has become such a special part of our Disney vacations. There’s something incredibly fun about arriving at a second resort midway through your trip. It almost feels like the start of a brand new getaway. It’s also a wonderful way to experience the unique theming, dining, and atmosphere of multiple Disney Resorts all in one visit, giving your vacation an extra layer of magic and discovery.

Disney makes moving between resorts wonderfully simple. On the morning of your check-out, just bring your bags down to Bell Services, and they’ll take care of transferring your luggage to your next Disney Resort. When you arrive at your new home away from home later in the day, you can stop by Bell Services to have your luggage delivered or pick it up at your convenience.

If your next stay happens to be off Disney property, you’ll need to handle the transfer yourself, either by using a ride-share service or your own vehicle.

As a friendly reminder, staying at a Disney Resort comes with a variety of magical benefits designed to make your visit even more seamless and enjoyable. With Early Theme Park Entry, you’ll be able to step into the parks 30 minutes before official opening, giving you a valuable head start on some of your must-do attractions.

You’ll also enjoy the added convenience of purchasing your Lightning Lane passes up to 7 days prior to your check-in date, all easily managed right in the My Disney Experience app, helping you plan ahead and make the most of every moment.

Chris, I hope this helps as you continue planning your vacation. If any other questions come up along the way, we’d be delighted to welcome you back to planDisney anytime!

    Magic Awaits,
