    We will be staying on site at Disney but would like to visit Universal studios, Harry Potter. Does Disney offer a shuttle to Universal yet. And if so cost, and times it runs. Thank you,

    No, Disney does not offer any shuttles to the Universal theme parks from their resorts.

    However at times Universal has offered complimentary or low cost shuttles from Disney locales to their parks and back. What I would do if I were in your shoes is contact Universal via their website and inquire into availability, cost, and timing.

    If they do not offer them, you are probably going to have to cab it or contact a third party shuttle company. The cost will not be cheap, and you will want to budget time for the trip, as the roads between the two can get quite congested.
