We will be staying at the Saratoga Springs Spa & Resort in Sept. 2009. Wondering if they have utensils-knives, forks, spoons & frying pans and sauce pans for cooking & eating As well as bowls & plates? Or should be pack paper?

Assuming you are staying in a one or two bedroom villa, everything you need for basic cooking/dining will be there waiting in the room for you.

The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, range, microwave, clothes washer and dryer, and a toaster. This is what is provided in the one and two bedroom Villas for kitchen supplies: beverage glasses, broiler pan, cereal bowls, coffee, coffee maker, coffee mugs, colander, cookie sheet, cookware set, casserole dish, cutting board, dinner plates, dish towels, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, grater, measuring cup, mixing bowls, pitcher, platter, pot holders, salad bowl and plates, tea kettle, wine glasses, bottle opener, bread knife, can opener, corkscrew, forks, knives, spoons, measuring spoons, paring knife, serving spoons, spatula, ladle, steak knives, tongs, vegetable peeler, whisk.

Also standard in the Villas are: a Pack 'n Play crib, iron and ironing board, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner, broom, dust pan, laundry soap, mop, and hair dryers. The following items are available on request: bed rails, blender, high chair, electric mixer, voltage converter, and extra pillows and blankets.

The studio villa rooms do not have a full kitchen, so the supplies are much sparser. However, they do supply mugs for coffee and disposable plates and utensils.
