We are staying at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa form March 28 - April 2.  Do they have activity nights for younger kids (like a movie or games?) Thank you. I really appreciate what you guys do?

I spent two nights at Saratoga Springs earlier this month. I had never stayed there before and was very impressed.

When I checked into SSR, my welcome packet included a sheet called "Horsing Around Weekly Activities." This was a list of many fun extra activities available for kids staying at the resort. Most of the activities were free, but a few of the craft projects required a small supplemental fee. Also, some of these activities took place during the day and some were in the evening.

The activities may vary from week to week, but to give you a feel for what might be available during your visit, I will list a few that were available during mine:

    - Design a bandana
    - Ceramics painting
    - T-shirt painting
    - Disney trivia game
    - Goofy bingo
    - Scavenger hunt
    - Pool party
    - Learn to make towel animals
    - Learn to make ice cream

And yes, several evenings a week, the resort shows movies at the pool. During my stay, the choices were Finding Nemo, Princess Diaries 2, and The Love Bug.

Hope you have a wonderful trip!
