Hi Heather!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question - I'm happy to help!
It sounds like you're asking about both Theme Park Reservations and park capacity, so I’m happy to help clear up any questions about both - especially with the awesome perks of Extended Evening Hours.
Since you’re purchasing date-based 2-day
Park Hopper tickets, you don’t need to worry about making
Theme Park Reservations. With these tickets, reservations aren’t required, so you’re free to visit the parks without any extra steps! You can hop to other parks throughout the day once you’ve entered your first park.
If your concern is about park capacity, guests with Park Hopper benefits can hop to another park any time after they’ve entered their first park for the day. You’ll be able to hop to
EPCOT (or any other park) at any point during the day, subject to capacity. If EPCOT reaches capacity earlier in the day, Park Hopping might be restricted temporarily, but this usually eases up later in the day. As a Deluxe Resort guest, however, if EPCOT is offering
Extended Evening Hours, you will still be allowed entry during those hours, even if it had been at capacity earlier.
Extended Evening Hours are one of the best perks of staying at a Deluxe Resort, like
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. After regular park hours, you get extra time in the parks with far fewer crowds. This means you can enjoy popular attractions with much shorter wait times, and EPCOT at night is simply magical! Attractions like
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and
Soarin’ Around the World are even more fun when the park is less crowded, and you can soak up the evening vibe of World Showcase with ease.
I hope this helps! Enjoy your park-hopping adventures and the magical bonus of those late-night hours in EPCOT!
