Hi staying at Saratoga Springs in May and wondering if the rooms have the shampoo & conditioner dispensers built in? Thanks!

    chEARs Elizabeth!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You have picked a fabulous Resort hotel!  We love Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa because of its location, location, location! You are a quick walk or boat ride away from all of the entertainment, shopping, and dining options at Disney Springs. A few weeks ago I had the most delicious Steak Bowl at Springs’ Street Tacos, you should definitely try it!

To reduce plastic waste, Walt Disney World is slowly replacing its travel-sized toiletries with refillable wall-attached containers. As of this moment, the H20+ (Sea Salt is one of my favorite smells!) shampoo, body wash, lotion, and conditioner are still mini sized, but by the time you visit this summer, they may have transitioned over. Regardless, unless you have a specific brand of soap that you use religiously, there is no need for you to pack toiletries. They will be readily available in your Villa, and Mousekeeping is more than happy to replace as needed!

When you visit Disney Springs, make sure to embark on a mission to capture Imperial intelligence in Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire at The Void: Step Beyond Reality. You will discover a fantastic intergalactic world during a virtual-reality adventure!

Elizabeth, I wish you a magical trip. If you have any other questions, please come back, we are happy to help!
