    I will be staying at Saratoga Springs in July, but I have family who live in Orlando. Will they be able to come and visit me at the Resort?

    Yes your family can certainly visit you. When they approach the gate to the hotel, they will likely be stopped by a security guard. They should simply tell the guard your name and that they are visiting you. The guard will direct them to the appropriate parking area. To make things run most smoothly, you might want to stop by the front desk of your hotel in advance of your family's visit to let them know you will be expecting guests.
