    Hiya Richard,

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with a question for us.

I’m delighted you’ll be spending some time enjoying the great outdoors at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort! I do hope your son is going to join you around the campfire as you enjoy roasting marshmallows for some delectable s’mores!

Richard, you can absolutely have your son drive over to visit you at your Disney Resorts Collection site. Be sure to give your son your lot number so the security at the gate can tell your son how to get to you.

If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks, do be sure you’ve both made your Disney Park Pass reservations, as these are needed to enter the theme parks, along with your tickets.

I hope you check out all the fun recreational activities offered at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort! I've heard the Guided Fishing Excursions are awesome!

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Richard.

    Have an enchanting time.
