Hello. I am staying at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at Disney Springs. I booked directly through the Marriott website. Disney offers early entry to guests staying at that hotel. What do I need to do in order to get the early entry? Thank you.

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Michelle!

I'm absolutely thrilled to welcome you to planDisney, and I truly appreciate you stopping by with your question. Can you believe your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth is almost here? That final stretch of the countdown is always such an exciting time. This is when the planning turns into daydreaming about which park you'll step into first, the snacks you can't wait to try, and the magical memories just waiting to be made. It's one of my favorite parts of the Disney vacation experience, and I'm so glad I get to share in that excitement with you!

The Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa, located in the Disney Springs area, is part of Disney's Good Neighbor Hotel program. One of the best perks of staying there is Early Theme Park Entry, which gives you extra time to enjoy the parks before the day gets fully underway. To take advantage of this benefit, you'll just need to make sure your hotel reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience account. That way, when you arrive at the park, Cast Members can verify your eligibility by scanning your MagicBand or admission card.

Linking your reservation is easy: log into your My Disney Experience account, select "Resort Hotel," and then choose "Link a Reservation." From there, enter the confirmation number you received in your booking email along with your last name. Once that's done, your reservation should be properly connected and you'll be all set. If you run into any hiccups along the way, I recommend reaching out directly to Disney's Tickets and Hotel Reservations team for assistance.

Just a quick reminder...you'll be able to purchase your Lightning Lane passes starting three days before your first park day. They open right at 7:00 AM Eastern Time, and you can do it all through your My Disney Experience app. I recommend having your top rides picked out ahead of time so you can jump right in when it goes live.

Michelle, I hope this information helps and that you have the most magical trip! If any other questions come up along the way, just know you're welcome as can be here at planDisney!

    See ya real soon,

    Kami
