Staying at recommended hotel at airport the night prior to cruise and have booked a transportation service. When I went to do registration online it already said my arrival time was related to said transport. How can I find out our exact boarding time?

Thank you for cruising back to us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Corey!

With all of your careful planning, your family is in for smooth sailing when you begin your high seas adventure with Captain Mickey.  I am so excited for your Disney cruise to begin!

During your online check-in, you should have selected a port arrival time, even if you are using Disney Cruise Line ground transportation from the airport.  To find your specified port arrival time, go back into your online check-in and navigate to the Port Arrival tab.  It can also be located on your Port Arrival Form that you printed out at the end of your online check-in to bring with you to the cruise terminal on embarkation day.  It is listed in the top, right hand corner of the form under the bar code.

If you are unable to locate a specified port arrival time in these locations, I would recommend you contact Disney Cruise Line by phone to get this information.

Be sure to pack a small day bag to carry on the ship on embarkation day.  I like to throw our swimsuits and sunscreen in our carry on so we can jump right in the pools once we are onboard while we wait for our stateroom.

Check back in at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions as you continue to plan for your epic adventure!
