Jambo, Jacqueline.
I’m so glad you followed Mowgli and Baloo through the jungle and found your way here to planDisney today. We know the Bare Necessities when it comes to Walt Disney World Resort and love to help fellow Guests plan their own magical vacations. After all, that’s what friends are for!
Guests staying at Disney Resorts Collection hotels can
make advance dining reservations for the length of their stay (up to 10 days)
up to 60 days in advance of their check-in date. Split stays are an exception to this policy though. At 60 days out from your Disney Resort hotel check-in date, you will be able to make reservations for the first half of your trip. However, for the dates you are staying off property, you will need to make dining reservations 60 days in advance of each day you wish to make a reservation.
If you don’t find the dining reservations you are hoping for initially, keep checking back in the
My Disney Experience mobile app often. As Guests modify their plans, oftentimes dining reservations will open up that were not there initially. If all else fails, try utilizing the
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability each day of your trip. This service allows you to join the same-day walk-up list at select dining locations on property.
Jacqueline, I hope this information proves useful, but please let me know if you need further clarification. If you think of any more questions, don’t hesitate to stop by planDisney again. We’re all (elephant) ears and happy to help!
Forget about your worries and your strife,
Alyssa
